Veronika Ludwig

Veronika Ludwig (Germany), High School Teacher in History, Politics, Media, German literature and German as a foreign language in Berlin. She teaches students from 7th to 13th grade (age 13 to 19). She studied at the Humboldt-University-Berlin and entered into teaching already during her studies, teaching refugees who faced torture and suffered from PTSD in German as a foreign language. After her first state examination in 2007 she worked regularly in different projects at ‘Center Überleben’ until 2011. In 2008–2009 Veronika taught German as a foreign language and technical language for chemical engineering and environmental technology at the Jiangsu University of Technology in Changzhou (China). In 2012 she completed the traineeship program for public school teachers with a second state examination. Since 2013 Veronika teaches at the Robert-Jungk-Oberschule Berlin-Wilmersdorf.
