Grace Maingi

Grace Maingi is a thought leader and strategist in the governance & democracy space. She is a human rights lawyer with a passion for social justice work. Over the last 20years, she has worked at the national, regional, and international level promoting public participation and civic education, human rights, access to justice, women’s rights, public interest litigation, and transitional justice issues. Currently, Grace Maingi is the Executive Director of Uraia Trust steering work in Kenya around constitutional implementation and civil society strengthening. Grace also serves on the interim steering committee of the Civil Education Network for Eastern and Southern Africa (CENESA).
