It has been more than half a year since whole world shifted to conducting online events due to limitations caused by COVID-19. However, online events had brought many challenges along with its opportunities. One of these challenges that online events faced is lack of possibilities for profound getting to know each other and fostering group dynamics. Thus, we tried to create a toolbox for effective methods for mentioned purposes and accumulated best practices from all the online events we participated in and conducted. This workshop will give us opportunity to share all of these interactive methods with you. Our approach will be based on the learning by doing technology, therefore be ready to shuffle between participant and trainer/educator/facilitator roles as each practice will be followed by meta-level reflection round.
